Brief inception.
To kick off a standard processing project, we will have a brief inception (or discovery) meeting to gather all the details up front. Our team may also use its own in-depth research and industry knowledge of the market to generate product-specific criteria and ensure we are the perfect match for your product(s).
Product innovation & design.
Throughout this phase, we will leverage our experience to draft an accurate life-cycle assessment for your product(s), generate innovative concepts and create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) presentation for you and your team. We will consult with you, compile your constructive and invaluable feedback, make necessary changes and establish the final product specifications.
Prototyping & development.
We have been in the manufacturing industry for quite some time, so we fully understand how critical timely delivery is to an organization. For this reason, we have created a Fast-Track Sampling plan to ensure you get a prototype in an expedient manner. Our design team works directly with the development team to minimize any potential discrepancies and we allow you, the client, to get involved as much (or as little) as you'd like throughout this process. After you have selected your perfected prototype, we will reach approval for total cost of production and get your final approval in the form of a formal sign-off.
